The standard end fastener assembly consists of a button head socket cap screw and a wing clip, providing a fixed, 90-degree, moderate-strength connection that is completely concealed. The winged tabs of the clip prevent rotation of the mating profile. This connection requires two machining operations: an end tap on the mounting profile and an access hole in the mating profile to access the screw head. Wing clips are also available separately without the button head socket cap screw for custom assembly applications.
