The 3-slot mount single flange long high-cycle linear bearing without brake holes is designed for linear motion applications, featuring special threaded inserts in the pads that provide a heavy-duty bearing capable of withstanding repetitive cycles with sudden acceleration and deceleration. It fits profiles with a minimum of three open T-slots, includes a single flange, and is offered in a longer length option. The kit includes pads made of self-lubricating UHMW, screws, and shims. All 80/20 bearings are engineered for compression loads only and are not intended to support hanging loads.
