The 4-slot mount double flange long high-cycle linear bearing without brake holes is designed for linear motion applications and features special threaded inserts in the pads to provide a heavy-duty bearing capable of withstanding repetitive cycles with sudden acceleration and deceleration. It is compatible with profiles that have a minimum of four open T-slots and includes a double flange with a longer design option. The kit contains pads made of self-lubricating UHMW, screws, and shims. All 80/20 bearings are designed exclusively for compression loads and are not intended to support hanging loads.
