The 3-slot mount double flange long high-cycle linear bearing without brake holes is designed for linear motion applications and features special threaded inserts in the pads, providing a heavy-duty bearing capable of withstanding repetitive cycles with sudden acceleration and deceleration. It is compatible with profiles having a minimum of three open T-slots, includes a double flange, and is a longer length option. The kit includes pads, screws, and shims, with the pads made from self-lubricating UHMW. All 80/20 bearings are engineered for compression loads only and are not intended to support hanging loads. The product comes with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
