The single long UniBearing™ features an open design allowing for customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with one guiderail. It is designed for easy installation and removal without disassembly, which reduces retooling and downtime while enhancing productivity and flexibility. The pads are mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws that secure them to the housing, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can either move or be fixed; when fixed, it permits movement of the guardrail and assembly. All UniBearings™ include pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes for accessory attachment to a flat surface.
