The double long Unibearing™ features an open design for customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with two guiderails. It allows quick installation or removal without disassembly, reducing retooling and downtime while increasing productivity and flexibility. The pads are mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws that secure them to the housing, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can be either movable or fixed, with the fixed option allowing the guardrail and assembly to move. All Unibearings™ include pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes to enable the attachment of accessories to a flat surface.
