The standard lift-off hinge right hand with a single long pin is constructed from 6063-T6 anodized aluminum and features a heavy-duty stainless steel hinge pin that ensures a smooth, long-lasting, strong connection. It includes a captivated nylon thrust washer that eliminates metal-to-metal contact and remains securely in place. When the long pin is positioned in the upper location, it simplifies door assembly, making it ideal for creating lift-off hinge assemblies. The kit includes the hinge and the necessary mounting hardware. The gap distance between the two mating profiles is 0.063" (1.60 mm).
