The single tab end fastener assembly consists of a button head socket cap screw and a single tab wing clip, providing a fixed, 90-degree, moderate-strength connection that remains completely hidden. The single winged tab is specifically designed for radius and angled profiles, preventing the mating profile from rotating while ensuring the straight end is flush with the mounting profile. This fastening method requires two machining operations: an end tap on the mounting profile and an access hole in the mating profile to reach the screw head. Wing clips are also available separately without the button head socket cap screw for users who wish to create their own custom assembly.
