The single short Unibearing™ features an open design that supports customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with one guiderail. It enables quick installation or removal without disassembly, reducing retooling time and downtime while enhancing productivity and flexibility. The pads are mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws, securing them to the housing and eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can either move or be fixed; when fixed, it permits movement of the guardrail and assembly. All Unibearings™ include pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes to facilitate attachment of accessories to a flat surface.
