The Double Long Unibearing™ features an open design that allows for customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with two guiderails. It is designed for quick installation or removal without disassembly, which reduces retooling and downtime while increasing productivity and flexibility. The pads are secured to the housing using stainless steel flathead socket cap screws, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can be either movable or fixed; when fixed, it allows the guardrail and assembly to move. All Unibearings™ include pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes for attaching accessories to a flat surface.
