The double long Unibearing™ features an open design that supports customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with two guiderails. It allows for quick installation or removal without disassembly, reducing retooling and downtime while enhancing productivity and flexibility. The unit includes pads mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws, securing the pads to the housing and eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can either move or be fixed; when fixed, it permits movement of the guardrail and assembly. All Unibearings™ are equipped with pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes, enabling the attachment of accessories to a flat surface. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
