The butt fastener assembly consists of a bolt and two cams, designed to connect profiles end-to-end and provide a clean, flush connection, particularly useful in situations with space restrictions. It can also be used to join shorter bars where logistics or space constraints make handling longer profiles challenging. This connection method requires a counterbore machining service on each profile, and the butt fastener machining must be added to the profile when ordering.
