The 3 hole center tap base plate is made of anodized aluminum to withstand daily use and wear and tear. It is designed to mount leveling feet and threaded stem casters and is commonly used on a rectangular profile for end-to-center mounting of the foot or caster. The base plate can also be mounted on a profile side and requires a tap for installation on a profile end.
