The standard end fastener assembly consists of a button head socket cap screw and a wing clip, providing a fixed, 90-degree, moderate-strength connection that is completely hidden. The winged tabs of the clip prevent the mating profile from rotating. This connection method requires two machining operations: an end tap on the mounting profile and an access hole in the mating profile to reach the screw head. Wing clips are also available separately without the button head socket cap screw for custom assembly applications.
