The single long UniBearing™ features an open design for customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with one guiderail. This bearing is easy to install or remove quickly without disassembly, reducing retooling and downtime while increasing productivity and flexibility. The pads are mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws that secure them to the housing, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can either move or be fixed; when fixed, it permits movement of the guardrail and assembly. All UniBearings™ include pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes for accessory attachment to flat surfaces.
