The double short UniBearing™ features an open design that enables customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with two guiderails. It is designed for easy installation or removal without disassembly, reducing retooling and downtime while increasing productivity and flexibility. The pads are mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws that secure them to the housing, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can either move or be fixed; when fixed, it allows the guardrail and assembly to move. All UniBearings™ include pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes for attaching accessories to a flat surface.
