The double long UniBearing™ features an open design that facilitates customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with two guiderails. It allows for easy installation or removal without disassembly, reducing retooling and downtime while enhancing productivity and flexibility. The pads are secured to the housing with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing offers both movable and fixed options; when fixed, it allows the guardrail and assembly to move. All UniBearings™ come with pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes, enabling the attachment of accessories to a flat surface.
