The 3-slot mount double flange long high-cycle linear bearing with brake holes is designed for linear motion applications and features special threaded inserts in the pads to provide a heavy-duty bearing capable of withstanding repetitive cycles with sudden acceleration and deceleration. The bearing accommodates profiles with a minimum of three open T-slots and includes a double flange with a longer length option. The kit includes pads made of self-lubricating UHMW, screws, and shims. All 80/20 bearings are designed for compression loads only and are not intended to support hanging loads.
