The 4 hole aluminum hinge is commonly used to mount lighter weight doors or two profiles and is a cost-effective, corrosion-resistant option suitable for outdoor applications where hinges may rust or corrode. The kit and package include options designed for transitions between 10 to 15 series or 25 to 40 series profiles. The gap distance between profiles is .062" for the 10 series, .120" for the 15 series, 1.97mm for the 25 series, 1.15mm for the 40 series, and .125" (2.42mm) for series transitions.
