The kit features an internal fastener requiring no machining and is compatible with 15 and 40 series profiles, allowing infinite positioning along the T-slot profile. It can be installed in two ways: by sliding into the end of the profile or on captivated profiles using a roll-in T-nut. The fastener has a left-handed barrel thread designed to prevent loosening during installation, with a holding force exceeding 410 lbs and torsional strength over 372 in-lbs. Installation requires a 6mm ball end power bit (PN 65-6092) for the barrel thread and a 5mm ball end hex wrench (PN 65-6098) for the screw.
