The H-11NP flat clamp hinge steel CR joint is designed to create hinges without the need to build an entire frame. To form a robust hinge set, two H-11NP joints can be combined with either the AP-Hinge or AP-Hinge-AL, providing a more durable construction. This combination allows smooth rotation without the requirement for lubrication. The H-11NP includes a mounting slot for easy attachment to surfaces, ensuring a secure and stable installation. Depending on the thickness of the surface being attached, the M6-12BWZ and M-6NWZ fasteners can be used. The hinge is suitable for fabricating gates, doors, or indicator flags to show bin status and provides a secure, static-free environment, making it ideal for applications where electrostatic damage must be prevented. A black version without antistatic properties, the H-11, is also available.
