HDPE is a glossy, rigid material with high density that makes it shatterproof. It is typically cut using a table saw or a portable saw and is used to create work surfaces, containers, and drawers for any FlexPipe structure. The thinner version D-HDPEW-48 1/4 is recommended to avoid adding excessive weight to structures, especially for panels where the 1/2" thickness may not be necessary. HDPE can be installed by securing it from the top through the pipe using a decking screw (F-SF81), or from the bottom by using AO-EMT1 or AO-EMT2 along with the F-S81/2 screw.
