The BC4 floor lock brake is designed to secure modular structures during use or transportation and installs on 4-inch casters using two upper brackets (WF-UP), two lower brackets (WF-LOW), four 35mm bolts (M8-35B), and four nuts (M8-N). It is not suitable for heavy carts and is particularly useful for structures moved in trucks. The BC4 offers three extended height options: 4 15/16 inches, 5 17/32 inches, and 6 7/32 inches, with a retracted height of 5 11/64 inches. The plate size measures 2 1/2 inches by 3 5/8 inches, and the bolt hole spacing ranges from 1 3/4 inches by 2 7/8 inches up to 3 inches. It is designed for use on level surfaces and is not recommended for inclined surfaces. Key features include a heavy-duty industrial strength structure, foot pedal activation with foot pressure, a non-slip, non-skid rubber brake pad suitable for smooth or irregular floors, a durable high-compression spring for heavy loads, and a conveniently located release bar that retracts the brake instantly with slight toe pressure applied to either side.
