The forklift compactor eliminates the need for manual methods when compacting waste bin contents by using the weight of the unit to reduce the size of the waste. As compression occurs, waste is forced into a progressively smaller area, maximizing bin space utilization. The design includes two sets of fork pockets: a lower set for quick movement between work areas and an upper set for lifting and lowering the compactor inside waste bins. The compactor features a rectangular design shape, comes with a chain for added safety, allows incremental height adjustment, and has an unfilled, open construction.
