The Lyon® 741120SC Safety Center Cabinet is designed for warehouse or manufacturing facility storage, measuring 48 inches wide with doors. Constructed from durable 14-gauge steel, the all-welded cabinet features heavy-duty doors with 3/16-inch thick Lexan inserts and three 5/16-inch diameter brass-pin hinges that ensure easy door operation while maintaining alignment. The secure 3-point locking system includes a 3/8-inch latch rod on the right door engaging the top and bottom of the cabinet, a 3/16-inch latch plate securing the left door when closed, and a sturdy aluminum handle with a 3/8-inch thick hasp for padlock attachment. The cabinet is finished with a safety yellow powder coat paint that resists harsh conditions. Inside, it includes four adjustable steel shelves, each 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep, capable of supporting up to 1,450 lbs and adjustable on 3-inch centers using welded keyhole slots. A forklift base is created by four 4-inch-high welded steel legs, allowing easy transport. These cabinets are assembled and shipped ready to use and are proudly manufactured in the USA.
