Lyon's® 1110 industrial counter height cabinet is a 36-inch-wide, all-welded steel storage solution designed for heavy-duty use in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, auto dealership service shops, and machine shops. Constructed from 14-gauge steel, the cabinet features two steel doors with two 5/16-inch diameter brass-pin hinges each for smooth operation and alignment. The secure 3-point locking system includes a 3/8-inch latch rod on the right door that engages the top and bottom of the cabinet, a 3/16-inch latch plate securing the left door when closed, and a sturdy aluminum handle with a 3/8-inch thick hasp for adding a padlock. The cabinet is finished with a durable powder coat paint resistant to harsh use. Inside, the cabinet includes two 36"W x 21"D adjustable steel shelves, each supporting up to 1,450 lbs, adjustable on 3-inch centers by bolting shelves into welded keyhole slots to accommodate changing storage needs, with options to add additional shelves. Lyon® welds 4-inch-high legs under the cabinet to create a forklift base, facilitating easy movement and placement in industrial environments.
