Lyon® manufactures standard steel single tier lockers in the USA, featuring 16-gauge, one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts with door frame corners lap welded for strength and rigidity. The locker includes a 6-inch-wide door louver for ventilation and 6-inch-high legs to provide additional toe room below the door. It incorporates nano-roller technology with a recessed steel handle that sits flush with the door to prevent snagging and includes a hasp inside the handle cup for securing with a user-provided padlock. The locker uses Lyon®'s patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system, engaging both the top and bottom of the frame for enhanced security, and features a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide to ensure smooth, quiet operation. The locker can be ordered either unassembled, using nuts and bolts for field assembly, or fully assembled by Lyon® using pop rivets for a strong, durable construction. Proper anchoring of lockers to walls or floors at installation is strongly recommended by Lyon® for safety and stability.
