The Lyon® 8000 Series open steel shelving starter unit is designed to instantly create more vertical storage space with high visibility from either side, making it ideal for storing light parts, aerosols, tools, safety supplies, and heavier items in warehouse or commercial settings. This unit includes two upright assemblies, each composed of two T-post uprights made from durable hot-rolled 16-gauge steel, side braces made of 12-gauge steel, and a 12-gauge cross brace on the back to prevent lateral sway, providing necessary support and stability. The unit comes with five adjustable steel shelves available in 22-gauge medium-duty for light items, 20-gauge heavy-duty, or 18-gauge extra heavy-duty options for heavier loads. The shelves feature a patented box design for added strength at the front and rear, lapped and welded corners for durability, and include four shelf clips per shelf. These clips install without tools at 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, allowing for easy shelf height adjustments.
