The Lyon® 2000 Series open steel shelving angle post starter unit is a 3-foot shelving system designed to create additional vertical storage space while maintaining high visibility. It features open sides and back to allow light penetration and free air flow around stored items, making it suitable for light parts, aerosols, tools, and safety supplies in warehouse or commercial settings. The unit includes four angle post uprights made from 14-gauge steel for enhanced strength, along with side and back sway braces constructed from 12-gauge steel to provide stability and prevent lateral sway. The starter unit comes with five adjustable, heavy-duty shelves made of 20-gauge steel with a patented box design for extra strength in the front and rear, and lapped and welded corners for added durability. Each shelf includes four shelf clips, which can be positioned at 1-1/2-inch vertical centers to easily customize shelf height without tools. The shelving unit ships unassembled and features a powder coat paint finish for protection against everyday use.
