The Lyon® 2000 Series open steel shelving beaded post add-on unit is a 3-foot tall shelving system designed to increase vertical storage space with high visibility. The unit features open sides and back to allow light penetration and free airflow around stored materials, making it suitable for warehouse or commercial use. It includes one beaded post for the front corner and two angle post uprights for the rear corner, all roll-formed from 14-gauge steel for added strength. Side and back sway braces made from 12-gauge steel provide support and stability, with a cross brace on the back to prevent lateral sway. The add-on unit comes with five adjustable, heavy-duty shelves made from 20-gauge steel, capable of holding heavier items such as toolboxes and large parts. Each shelf has a patented box design with lapped and welded corners for enhanced durability. Shelf clips are provided to adjust shelf spacing on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without the need for tools, allowing easy customization of storage areas.
