The superior nylon reinforced vinyl facing has a higher tear strength than equivalent weight Hypalon and features chemically sealed ends to prevent moisture infiltration. It is mounted on and bonded to a durable Wolmanized wood core and contains a full height air escape tunnel. The unit consists of a three-piece construction with beveled fronts and includes a through-the-wall installation kit. A maximum compression of 5 inches is recommended. When applied with a flush dock to building in conjunction with an Edge-O-Dock, a 20 inch projection dock seal should be used. The kit includes three foam-filled pads that offer full dock protection, built-in air tunnels that allow air to escape when contacted by a trailer, as well as mounting hardware and installation instructions for quick and easy installation. To ensure proper sizing, completion of a survey sheet is required. This unit is non-returnable.
