Melt40Eco Eco Clean Blend is designed to melt away ice and snow build-up while being safer for vegetation, quality and older-than-one-year concrete, and metals compared to pure rock salt or chloride-based salts. The formula contains active ingredients including sodium chloride (85.0-99.9%, CAS No. 7647-14-5), magnesium chloride (0.5-5.0%, CAS No. 7786-30-3), calcium chloride (0.5-5.0%, CAS No. 10043-52-4), and calcium magnesium acetate (CMA) at less than 5.0% (CAS No. 76123-46-1), with CMA acting as an anti-corrosion agent that requires less product for effective melting and reduces harm to plants and vegetation. The product is safe for skin contact and easy to dispense without protective clothing, does not track indoors onto floors or carpets, and will not damage footwear or home interiors. It leaves no slimy residue and features green-coated crystals that act as visual indicators during melting and assist users in dispensing the appropriate amount for cost-effective application.
