The Iron Range countertop gas range features 25,000 BTU high heat per burner and is designed as a commercial range without an oven. The unit includes removable burners with a top half that separates for cleaning and individual pilot lights for each burner. Heavy-duty cast iron grates are removable for easy cleaning, and large control knobs provide a comfortable feel for turning burners on and off. The range is constructed with stainless steel front and sides, 4-inch adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs, and a removable full-width stainless grease catch pan for easy maintenance. The hot plate has an easy-to-clean, lift-off top and an extended cool-to-touch front edge for safety. Large temperature knobs with set screws allow precise control, and the unit comes with an LPG conversion kit for easy conversion from natural gas to propane. The range carries ETL approval for gas and sanitation, meeting U.S. food service requirements. Warranty covers 1 year for parts and labor.
