The Iron Range countertop gas range delivers 25,000 BTU high heat per burner and functions as a commercial range without an oven. It features removable burners with a top half that separates for cleaning and individual pilot lights to ignite each burner. Heavy-duty cast iron grates are removable for easy cleaning, and each burner is controlled by large knobs designed for comfortable operation throughout the day. The unit is constructed with stainless steel on the front and sides, equipped with 4" adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs, and includes a removable, full-width stainless steel grease catch pan for easy cleaning. The hot plate has an easy-to-clean, lift-off top and an extended cool-to-touch front edge for safety. Control features include large temperature knobs with set screws, individual pilot lights with front access, and an LPG conversion kit is included for easy switching from natural gas (the default shipping setup) to LPG (propane). All units carry ETL approval for gas and sanitation, meeting USA food service requirements. The range comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty.
