Improved cold start performance enables reliable startup in cold climates, while a sloped roof and rear air intake reduce the risk of snow and ice intrusion. The generator is compatible with Ecobee by Generac® thermostats and Generac® PWRcell battery systems for seamless home energy monitoring and control. It operates at 67dB(A) normal load and 55dB(A) in quiet test mode at 23 ft (7 m). Generac® generators and engines are engineered and assembled in the USA and come with a 5-year limited warranty.
