3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive 8507NS is a high-strength, non-sag adhesive designed to replace welding and mechanical fasteners, providing long-lasting bonds on aluminum, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, and most plastics. It delivers excellent durability in temperatures as low as -40 °F (-40 °C) and withstands powder coat and paint bake cycles up to 392 °F (200 °C) for 30 minutes. This non-corrosive adhesive adheres to both bare and oily metal surfaces, eliminating the grinding process associated with welding, which reduces project time and effort. The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture and is suitable for applications including specialty vehicles, HVAC, signage, appliances, and metal fabrication.
