3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive 8507NS is designed to provide long-lasting, high-strength bonds on aluminum, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, and most plastics, serving as an effective replacement for welding and mechanical fasteners. This non-sag adhesive resists running and slumping and delivers excellent durability in temperatures ranging from -40 °F (-40 °C) to withstand powder coat and paint bake cycles up to 392 °F (200 °C) for 30 minutes. It adheres to both bare and oily metals while remaining non-corrosive, effectively eliminating the grinding process associated with welding and significantly reducing project time and user effort. The adhesive is ideally suited for applications such as specialty vehicles, HVAC, signage, appliances, and metal fabrication, and it has a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture.
