VersaMat® Mat-Paks are an economical and convenient package that includes 12 mats measuring either 4' x 8' or 3' x 8', 20 single Turn-A-Links, 2 Handi-Hooks, 1 metal storage skid rack, and 2 ratchet straps, allowing the creation of nearly a 50-foot roadway or a working platform for vehicles and personnel. Developed as a multifunctional ground protection mat, VersaMat® offers a slip-resistant low-profile traction surface suitable for pedestrian applications and features the aggressive AlturnaMat® tread on one side, with an option for a smooth surface for added versatility. The mats have a high load-bearing capacity of up to 120 tons, can be used as vehicle trackways, parking areas, or staging areas for supplies and equipment, and weigh approximately 86 lbs (39 kg) at maximum size, enabling easy deployment by hand. Manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene, VersaMat® is durable, weather-resistant, and flexible to conform to sloping or uneven ground conditions for effective access. The mats connect using flat Turn-A-Link connectors to create a secure trackway, with load-bearing capacity dependent on ground conditions and sizing subject to a manufacturing variance of ±5%. The package is designed for easy transport and storage and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
