The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking as a cost-effective solid surface.
