The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The durable, adaptable shelving features open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility layout. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and the kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel upright posts punched on 1" centers, along with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, using a double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
