The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, offering a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments to fit various heights, widths, and depths, providing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams to prevent rotation and sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The starter unit includes smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking that is cost-effective and solid, supporting the structural integrity achieved through double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts.
