The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four-sided access providing maximum flexibility. The starter unit comes with a sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking with a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and double rivet button stud construction.
