The formulation consists of 95.5% ethylene glycol combined with a specially designed 4.5% package of industrial corrosion inhibitors, dyed fluorescent pink for leak detection. When mixed with water, it provides freeze protection below -50°C (-60°F) and burst protection below -73°C (-100°F). This solution is widely used in the HVAC industry or any application requiring low freezing water-based heat transfer fluids. It is manufactured with 100% virgin ethylene glycol, never blended with other glycol streams or recycled glycol, ensuring maximum fluid lifetime. The fluid is specially formulated with heavy-duty industrial inhibitor packages that prevent corrosion, and these inhibitors are easily maintained, long-lasting, and replenishable, extending intervals between fluid changeouts and minimizing fluid expense.
