The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. The shelving is made of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Wire decking is included, allowing ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks to improve fire safety. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability, and the assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, enabling easy set-up and expansion with more stability than bolting starter units together.
