The SC Preferred™ 6 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility. The snap-in components enable easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking allow ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water passage, enhancing fire safety and lowering insurance premiums.
