The 96"W x 24"D x 120"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. This 5-shelf unit includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-rivet horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck non-porous decking, which wipes clean easily and is suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level with even load distribution, and allows for extension with add-on units for additional storage space.
