Diamond® Real Seal™ PETG square media bottles are designed to protect media, laboratory reagents, and buffers during storage and transport, remaining shatterproof even at -40°C and suitable for temperatures ranging from -80°C to 60°C. These bottles feature medical grade PETG material with low transmission rates of O2 and CO2 to maintain optimum pH values for stored solutions. Each sterile bottle comes with a white HDPE cap that has integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads to ensure leak-proof performance at pressures up to 95 kPa. The bottles are gamma sterilized to a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶, DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, and non-cytotoxic, with molded graduation marks for accurate filling. They are provided in tray packs with tamper-evident shrink bands for sterility assurance prior to filling. These bottles are manufactured from medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI for pharmaceutical and research use, FDA CFR-21 for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free. Production occurs in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom facility certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. The package includes sterile, ready-to-fill PETG bottles with leak-proof, linerless caps engineered for secure closure and durability under demanding laboratory conditions.
