Diamond® Real Seal™ PETG square media bottles protect media, laboratory reagents, and buffers during storage and transport, remaining shatterproof even at -40°C and maintaining a temperature range of -80°C to 60°C. The low transmission rates of O2 and CO2 help maintain optimum pH values for solutions in storage. These bottles include white HDPE caps with integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads for leak-proof performance up to 95 kPa. Bottles are provided sterile, gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, and ready to fill with tamper-evident shrink bands in tray packs. The molded graduation marks assist during filling. Manufactured from medical-grade resins, the product meets USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical and research applications, is FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, and produced and packaged in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom within an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified facility. The leakproof caps feature integrated seal rings molded into them to maintain seal integrity under pressure, providing secure, linerless closure without leaks. The product includes a limited warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
