The Alligator Ready Set installation kit is ideal for a wide variety of light- and medium-duty fastener applications. It features one-piece fastener strips with pre-inserted staples that facilitate quick installation and minimize downtime. Designed for belts ranging from 1/16" (1.5 mm) to 1/4" (6.4 mm), the kit includes a portable, lightweight application tool for on-site installation. Users can easily fit the fastener strip onto the belt end and secure it using the specialized installation tool, followed by driving and finishing the staples to create a strong, long-lasting splice. This system is suitable for various market applications, including package and parts conveying, food and sanitary contact, agricultural harvesting and handling, recycling and scrap handling, and wood products. The standard galvanized steel fastener material ensures suitability for most applications, and it is plated for rust and corrosion resistance. The kit also includes a nylon-covered steel cable, which is designed for use with steel fasteners and is recommended for troughing or flat belt conveyors.
