These bottles are available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes that align with industry standards, enabling seamless integration into filling processes. Precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, these laboratory bottles have consistent wall thickness and smooth interior and exterior surfaces. The rugged HDPE construction ensures resistance to most corrosives and suitability for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle variants reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. Polypropylene caps feature an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads to provide a leak-proof closure. These bottles are engineered and tested to withstand high pressure thresholds. They are made from medical grade resins that meet demanding requirements and comply with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, as well as FDA CFR-21 for food contact.
